TrackSSL charges by certificate count: $17/month for 20 certificates, $35 for 80, $72 for 200. Every domain you add pushes you toward the next tier.

If you want the underlying failure in detail, certbot can exit 0 while your server keeps serving the old certificate - that is the gap a per-certificate expiry list does not close.
